Why was I penalize for healthcare I had health insurance through Obamacare all year?

I notice my refund was reduced when I upload my 1095a. I had health insurance all year.

If you made more than what you estimated when you signed up for the insurance and asked for the advance credit ... it is probable that you got too much credit in advance and you have to pay some back.

Review your form 1040 line 46 for the amount you need to pay back ... see form 8962 for the calculations.
