In this user community forum we don't know specifically what you were charged for, but here are some typical optional add-ons:

• MAX Benefits (Audit Defense and identity protection services)
• Premium Services Bundle:  California residents who choose to pay the TurboTax fees out of the Federal are required to purchase this bundle at 44.99, which also includes Audit Defense and identity protection services.)
• Filers in other states (i.e., all except California) who choose to pay their fees out of the Federal refund have a 39.99 service fee for that payment option.

What you can remove depends on whether you have already paid or not.  Hopefully, you are asking before paying.
