Why was I charged 59.99 when it showed 39.99?

I originally wanted the free version but guess somewhere along your program I must have hit 39.99. Now being charged 59.99 so why?

It sounds like it is possible that you may have added an add-on that required an upgrade or an extra charge.

As long as you haven't paid, registered, or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, follow the directions in this FAQ to remove all unwanted add-ons.
