Why was I asked for my banks name , my user ifI'd, and my passcode

If you wish to import your Form 1099 from your bank, your bank requires that you include your user id and password.

You DO NOT have to enter this information, instead, you can enter your Form 1099 information manually by clicking on "I'll Type it Myself".
