Why was a charged 44.99 for state taxes ? I live in Florida and we don't pay state tax. Can I please be refunded for the 44.99 dollars today back to my Visa card?

I was charged 44.99 for state taxes and I live in Florida where we don't pay state tax but I still was charged for it, need a refund for the 44.99 back to my Visa Card
