Why the state filing fee increased since the last time I logged in ---about 2 weeks ago?

There is no filing fee using TT online. It is to use the software.

The online state fee went from 39.99 to 44.99 back on March 1.  A lot More than 2 weeks ago.

The fees didn't increase ... as of March first the discount went away. Or you upgraded somewhere along the way.
