If you "preview" the document in Forms Mode from the list, it will ALWAYS show an unsigned form.
The form you need is the form you print out, sign, scan, and then upload to the program. That signed form is then saved on your computer (you select where to save it), not in the program.
It seems that you didn’t understand the problem. I have followed the instructions and saved (uploaded) the signed 8453 form into the computer. Before I submit the tax return I used both the “preview” and “save filing documents” functions. What I saw among the to be submitted documents the to be transmitted 8453 form was unsigned! How can you be sure that the form to be filed to IRS is signed? I have used TurboTax for many years and I always check the forms before filing and I could see that the 8453 form was replaced by the signed form except this year. This should be fixed immediately so I can finish my tax return!
Yes, of cause, the signed 8453 form is saved into my computer! But it has to be included into all other forms and submitted to IRS! It should be visible when I “preview “ the documents to be submitted to IRS, and be included within the “filing documents” I saved to computer. However in both places I can only see the unsigned 8453 form! How can I be sure or you can prove that you submitted signed 8453 to IRS? And, I was able to see the signed 8453 form in preview and the saved documents when using TurboTax in previous years!

I just explained to you that it isn't. The file with the signed and dated 8453, again, is saved on your computer in a location that you choose (and that file is separate and apart from your return). It does, however, get e-filed with your return provided you upload the file prior to transmitting your return.
You can merge it with the PDF of your return, but it is otherwise saved by you after you print it out, sign and date it. The preview will contain an unsigned 8453.
