Why should I pay fee to turbo tax since I didn’t get any help from experts?

• The software interview process, and the E-File capability make the software a valuable tool.
• There's also online support provided at no additional charge.
• This is what you are charged for.
• The Expert phone and video features are provided for an added fee.

I NEVER  CONTACTED AN EXPERT AND PREPARED MY TAXES BY MYSELF, SO WHY AM I PAYING FOR AN EXPERT.
