Why r u charging 169 for a simple return when u advertising for free what is it just to get us to file with u and over charge me

Ok I get the 39.99 so why was $169 takin out of me so that like 4xs the amount it should of been for a very simple form

Was it a TurboTax charge or could your refund have been offset.
