I filed my deceased aunt's taxes. The original filing was accepted. But then some documents
arrived late AND I discovered that I needed to supply a 1310.
TT says that 1310 can be done online, but when the 1310 fill-in appears, it
only accepts the first couple of entries. Then it commences an infinite loop, asking for
the same information again and again, but not accepting any of the button entries.
You may have to log out of the program, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in. Please see the TurboTax FAQ here for instructions on clearing your cache.
