The fee is because you upgraded to TurboTax Deluxe, which has a $59.99 fee for the federal return.

The half off price expired on March 26, 2019. You would have needed to pay for and/or file your return by the end of the day on March 26, 2019 to receive the discounted pricing.

Can I do anything about a partial disallowance received in the mail. It says we couldn’t verify the total federal withholding amount you reported on your tax return.
