Why my agi from 2017 didn't transfer to 2018 tax filing

Because this is the IRS requirement.  Manually entering your prior year Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) is required for electronically filed returns, the best way to find your AGI is on last year’s tax return, please follow the instructions here:   2017 AGI.

If the above method does not work, the best and fast way to access the 2017 AGI is to order a transcript from the IRS.  Click here Get Transcript and select "Get Transcript Online "  On the transcript, look under section "Adjustment to Income" and find the amount for Adjusted Gross Income.
