Why isn't Turbotax owning up to the wrong they did to thousands upon thousands of customers? Having no option pop up to enter the healthcare info, screwed us all over

Return accepted March 3rd. Still waiting on our refund ALL BECAUSE OF TURBOTAX'S FAILURE! We are hurting financially due to this.

The ability to enter the 1095-A was in the program from the start but this year the program did not stop everyone and ask about health insurance since the mandate was removed.  They did fix this in mid March because so many had not found the place in the deductions and credits tab under the medical heading.

So if you had the form in hand and did not enter it as required  OR  ask where to put it BEFORE  you filed then that is on you alone. 

Even if there was a class action lawsuit I doubt they could win the case.

This is a public forum.  we can not help you. however, if you had to pay penalties and interest and believe TT is at fault file a claim.

I filed way before mid March, & last I knew,  it was Turbotaxes responsibility to guide their customers through the filing process. They failed in that. They wouldn't have fixed it mid-march if it wasn't an issue on their end.
