Why isn't turbo tax sending my info? Everytime I check it says form 8995 hasn't been filed. I do not qualify for that deduction how do I proceed with filing

See if the Form 8995 is listed for your tax return and if it is delete the form

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Delete the Form 8995

If you are signed onto your 2022 TurboTax online account and are actually accessing the 2022 tax return then you can access the Tools Center screen.  See screenshot for the Tools Center screen and the Delete a form option -

I don't have that option as I don't own the disc version of turbo tax so I have to wait unfortunately. That's literally the only thing holding me from filing

Which TurboTax program are you using?  There are two separate and unique programs, the TurboTax online web based editions where you have to sign onto the online account with a User ID and Password.  And the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions where you install the TurboTax software on a personal computer and complete your tax returns using the software installed, NOT the online editions.

Your post shows you are using the TurboTax online editions so the answers and screenshot provided are for that TurboTax edition.
