Why isn't my 2017 AGI automatically included for free when Turbotax states it will be if I filed with them last year?

As long as you filed your taxes with us last year and are using the same account, your 2017 AGI will transfer automatically. If your 2017 AGI didn't transfer, you might be in the wrong account. You can also access your 2017 taxes by ordering a free transcript of your return on the IRS Get Transcript  site or buying a full copy of your return by following the instructions here. :https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3301618
