Why is TurboTax asking me to re-activate the software.

I purchased and installed TT Premium for Windows several weeks ago and activated it at that time. NowTT is again asking me to activate it. Why? Is this going to happen over and over. I am afraid it will tell me that it is already activated and therefore my product key is no good.
