Why is there no option for me to select Full Payment Agreement (120 Days)

When I get to the "How would you like to pay your federal taxes" section it doesn't give me an option for full payment agreement. The options listed are by bank, card, check and installments. I don't need installments I can pay within 120 days.

You will have to use the IRS online payment agreement to apply for the short term payment agreement.  TurboTax uses Form 9465 to file installment agreements and this would charge you a setup fee.  Using the link below, you will be able to apply for the short term agreement without a fee.

(Note:  If you choose this option, select pay by check within TurboTax and then set up the payment agreement with the IRS directly afterward.  You can then ignore the 1040V voucher that prints out.)
