Do you mean "not any record?"    No record where??   Are you referring to your TurboTax Online account or to the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool, or what?

When you sign into TurboTax, what is your e-file status?   How do I check my e-file status?   Once you submit your return in TurboTax Online, you'll see its status on the Tax Home screen of your account. We'll also send you emails letting you know when your e-file status changes.

You can visit the IRS Where's My Refund? site to check if your e-filed return has been received.

• What year is missing? 2025 or earlier?
• Did you use and file with TurboTax?
• Did you check for tax documents?
• To access prior-year TurboTax returns?

1. Sign in to ‌TurboTax 
2. You'll have to use the same user ID, 
3. Go to Tax Home
4. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents
5. Choose the desired year
6. Download or print the PDF.
