Why is there a QBI deduction if there was no QBI?

I think there's a bug in TurboTax since I deleted all of the QBI, but I'm still seeing a deduction

Do you have section 199A dividends in box 5 of a 1099-DIV? That is QBI.

Yes, after continuing to follow various "help" explanations, I finally found the reference to the 199A dividends, after I had posted the question, and figured out that was the source.

It would have saved a lot of time if the 199A info was shown in the basic definition.
