To check the accuracy of your dividend income being reported, you should check the entries on your tax return instead of the Income Summary. If the numbers shown on line 3b of your Form 1040 are correct, than you can be assured that your dividends are being properly reported.

Schedule B should show your dividends being reported. Your dividends will flow from your Schedule B, Section Part II to line 3b of your income tax return, Form 1040..

Some "review" or Summary pages include the Tax-Exemt $$ from box 12 of the 1099-DIV...others do not.
(Same thing can happen for various different summary pages for 1099-INT forms that might have tax-exempt $$ on them)
