Why is the total tax deductions from my bonus check not included on my w2 anywhere but the amount I got to keep from the bonus was included in my income

If your W2 is incorrect, you need to talk with your employer. If corrections are made, they will issue you a W2c.

Any federal withholding taken out of your bonus should be included in box 2 on your W2 with the regular withholding.
