Why is the ten digit document number on my NYS Driver's License not being accepted?

Check the pictures provided by NY to ensure you are using the right number. (It's not the DMV-ID number)

10-digit Document ID (after IDUSA) is not being accepted.

Some NY folks are saying it works if you enter ONLY the first three Alphabetic or Numeric characters....no more than that.

If you try that,  please post back confirming if that worked....or not.

Of course, that may change as TTX fixes various bugs in their software

You would only  enter the first three characters of Document ID#. You will not enter "IDUSA" as part of your document number.  You will enter the three numbers or characters after IDUSA.
