Why is the IRS on Saturday January 1, 2026 rejecting form 5695 because of the code numbers\

Form 5695 for the 2025 tax year was not made available and finalized by the IRS until January 29, 2026.

Why are FreeTaxUSA and H&R Block form 5695 with QMID codes of I7Q6 being accepted by the IRS but Turbo Tax is being rejected...this is NOT a IRS issue rather than a Turbo Tax issue.  Had friends use their H&R Block software and did their taxes on January 27 AND also used form 5695 but not a QMID code..theirs was accepted within a few hours and they already got their tax refund in their checking account THIS MORNING
