Why is the 1040x form not available to me yet

It is not yet available from the IRS or in TurboTax. The current estimated date for it to be available is 2/14/19. If you have already efiled a return, had it accepted, and are getting a refund, you should not be filing an amended return until you actually get the refund.

It says my 1040x form will be available to me 2/8/2019 do you think that's when I'm return will be deposited to my account if I was accepted the 23rd of January? I'm just not understand why mine isn't deposited yet when my friends is and he filed on the 30th!
