Why is my state return not included in the pdf for 2020 and 2021, but it is included in 2022?

Maybe you printed them at different points in the process??  If you filed your returns with TurboTax Online, you can sign in to your account and scroll to the bottom of the Tax Home page and print copies of all of your returns.

And some states want a copy of the federal.  So you might see a federal at the end of the pdf so state will be up higher in the middle.
