why is my state of hawaii return rejected with no rejection code

Here in the community we do not have access to your account. Have you checked your email for a code or message? you might also want to check your spam folder

No email (include checking spam foldeer).  Only a text telling me the State of Hawaii rejected my return.  

I did review my State return and there were no recommended "fixes" and was ready to transmit.

You can view the reason your return was rejected by signing in to TurboTax and selecting Fix my return.

What does my rejected return code mean and how do I fix it?

After logging into my Turbe Tax Deluxe, I selected:

- Review Tab

- Analysis

- Reviewed the tax summary

- Continued to "We've checked your Return for Accuracy" 

- Noted that my State return was "green checked" for calcutions, missing info, and errors; the State return was listed as ready to file.

Again, my Federal was accepted but my State of Hawaii transmission was rejected.  The only notice I received was a rejection text with NO email (either in my inbox or spam folder) and no error codes or any other messages.  This desktop app apparently doesn't see any errors.  

Unfortunately, I didn't see a "Fix my return" option, link or button.  Am I missing something?
