Why is my return showing incorrect capital gain distributions (Line 7 on 1040 and line 13 on Sched D?

Lines 7, 8b and 9 on Sched D look correct, but where the heck does Line 13 on Sched D come from? It isn't a total of anything I can come up with.

Capital gain distributions are generally reported on an IRS form 1099-DIV in box 2a.
