Why is my return rejected if no one else claimed my daughter?

It’s stating that someone else claimed my daughter on their taxes but no one did. I’m supposed to claim her for 2019

The IRS is who is claiming that someone else claimed her. According to their records, someone filed a tax return with her social security number on it. You should call the IRS and report this if you don't know anything about it. They will investigate it and give you instructions on how to proceed to get your tax return filed.

You can reach them at 1-800-829-1040. It is best to reach them early in the morning so you don't have to wait too long.
