Why is my projected refund $27,341,00? Could it be because we purchased a house in 2023? No other income has changed.

The best way to find out what happened is to make a line by line comparison of this return and the prior one(s).

absolutely not due to home purchase. You most likely incorrectly entered something.

Better double check the withholding on your W2 box 2. You might have mistyped it or left out the decimal point.
