Were your Federal and state returns successfully filed, and how long has it been?   If you efiled, what is showing for the status of each at the Tax Home page of your Online TurboTax account?    Does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, or what?   Once you report back we can tell you what steps to take.

Are you saying they've been rejected or that they have been accepted but processing hasn't been completed?

If rejected, please provide the rejection code or message. If accepted, only the IRS and the state department of revenue can tell you why they haven't been approved. TurbiTax receives further information once they been accepted
