Why is my Federal Amend Tax still show rejected

Did you refile it, or mail it in?  Rejected refers only to the efile status.

Yes I went back in and refile it and still came back rejected.  So should I mail the amend in or is it going to be amend automatic since we file before the unemployment tax was changed.
