Why is my 1098-T saying I can be claimed as a dependent when I already put in my info I cant be claimed as a dependent.

This would only say this if you checked a box stating that you are able to be claimed as a dependent or that you are being claimed as a dependent.  Go back to the personal info section and double check all your answers.  Be sure you did not check the box that says someone can claim me as a dependent.

I double checked everything and nothing says I can be claimed as a dependent. I am past the age of being able to be claimed as one too.
