Why is it that i was charged the expert option by default and only after I paid for it did it give me the option to downgrade but cant downgrade since its been filed.

Why is it that i was charged the expert option by default and only after I paid for it did it give me the option to downgrade but cant downgrade since its been filed. Not happy with turbo tax this year.

It can be easy to click on one of the options that are available and unintentionally upgrade your TurboTax product. It is also easy to roll back an upgrade that you got unintentionally - unless you've already paid for it.

In order to undo this you'll have to contact TurboTax support and let them know that you added the expert help unintentionally and did not make use of it.
