Why is it telling me my grandson cannot be counted because he supported himself when he didnt and i supported him

Did you answer the question whether he provided over one-half of his own support incorrectly?
Click on Personal Info and then click on edit for dependents and then click on edit for the dependent's name.  Go back through the dependent interview to make corrections.  Continue with the Personal Info section until it completes.

Yes ... read this screen carefully ... it wants to know if the child paid for more than 1/2 their own support NOT if you did ....
