Are you sure you are looking at the child tax credit? If she is 13 she does not qualify for the childcare credit. If you paid a babysitter to take care of a child older than 12 while you worked you cannot get the childcare credit unless the child is disabled in some way that makes childcare still a necessity at an older age.
She should qualify for the child tax credit if she is under the age of 18. The child tax credit will be on line 28 of your Form 1040.

A 13 year old does not qualify for the dependent care credit.
For the basic child tax credit, here are some things to check:
The Child Tax Credit or the Child and Dependent Care Credit? They are not the same.
For the Child and Dependent Care Credit the child must be under the age of 13 for you to enter the expenses for the the dependent care so that you can work.
For the Child Tax Credit the child must have lived in your home for over 6 months. The child did NOT provided over one-half of their own support. The child must be under the age of 18. There must NOT be another person in the home providing support. You must NOT indicate the Social Security number entered for the child is not valid for employment.
Go back to My Info and check all the answer for the child. If all are correct then delete the child as a dependent and re-enter.
