Why is it so difficult to contact a representative? You don't even call back on time. Suggest everyone I know to go with cheaper and better H & R block.

Hang in there.  I have been struggling for two weeks with 6 calls.  Frustrated, lost sleep, felt hopeless, and I almost went to Block after call #5.  Today caller # 6 solved my problem.  Keep trying each time you call you are upgraded to a more qualified person.  Turbo Tax will get it right, and it feels good, but it takes time.
