Why is it saying I've completed filing my taxes but wants me to download a PDF of a 1040 when I have nothing to do with a 1040 form?

All individual tax returns are filed on Form 1040 (including the 1040-SR variant with a larger font). You can't file an individual tax return without it.

I have product code, i.e. I alreadty paid State Turbotax, how to download Turbotax including State (California) software?
