The tax software wouldn't know if you owed Back Taxes for some prior year.

It might actually be indicating that you owe some more taxes now, for the 2024 tax return you are filing.

.....(.and maybe some penalty/interest if you owe too much and you aren't in a Safe Harbor situation.)

When you click "Review" what does it say about a refund or tax due?   When you look at your Form 1040, is there an amount on line 35a?  Or is there an amount on line 37?   If there is an amount on line 37 that means you owe tax due for tax year 2024.   Calling the IRS to ask them about that will not help, since the IRS does not have your 2024 tax return yet.
