Why is it not letting me file my state taxes when I have already paid them! Trying to double charge me! Help deadline is tonight & I have got no help from support!

OK look , I paid for my federal and state taxes has shown in the attachment on top of some kind of processing fee $44. I filed my federal no problem I went through taking it out of my refund and my state is supposed to be in the same bill but it is not allowing me to file unless I pay $59 more, but I am not gonna do that seeing as I already paid for both. Please give me a service code or something that I can put in that will alleviate the problem, thank you.
