Why is intuit forcing me to file as head of household? I am not allowed to per divorce decree.
how do i change my status to Married filing separately? it keeps placing me as head of household...unfortunately the divorce decree does not allow this option.

are you divorced as of 12/31/19 ? then you cannot file Married.
