Why is every one getting theur refunds except people who filed through turbo tax using Santa Barbara Bank. Very disappointed!!

Santa Barbara Bank invests your money and makes a profit for themselves while you are made to wait.  They justify the wait by asking for documentation that Intuit already collected when you used TurboTax.  Just venting on line will not help. Since Intuit and Santa Barbara Bank are both located in California, the best thing to do is file a consumer complaint with the Attorney General of the State of California.  It only takes filling out a short on- line form, and if enough of us file complaints, the Attorney General will hopefully investigate both companies and stop this illegal practice.  Here is a link to the form.
