Why is depreciation is increasing my tax burden???

Hi, we have a farm and on Sch, when I add depreciation on assets it increase my tax burden? We show a loss and have about 26K in depreciation.

This is the first year I have ever seen this. Is TT calulating it wrong??

There is always the possibility of being subject to AMT (alternative minimum tax).

Check and see if you have Form 6251 in your tax file.
