If you are referring to the 6 digit Identity Protection PIN that the IRS sends to you each year, you will have to go to this IRS website to retrieve the IP PIN - https://www.irs.gov/identity-theft-fraud-scams/retrieve-your-ip-pin

If you started your 2023 tax return with TurboTax, it will be available for online filing until Oct 31 at 9PM PST
