Maybe because you haven't paid TurboTax fees.  If you have not paid, you won't be able to see all the tax forms and worksheets.  You can only preview your Form 1040.

Your answer is off the mark, you should know that you cannot print the forms without paying!! may be I should call my credit card and cancel the order.
