5 days? Where did you get the idea that your refund should be issued within five days?
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

OR——if you filed by mail, expect a long wait. It is taking the very backlogged IRS six to nine months to process mailed returns. Until a human opens your envelope and enters the data into the system, nothing will even show up on the refund site, so you will have to be very patient.
You may have read about the Refund Advance which refers to getting your refund within 5 days from the time your tax return is filed and accepted and you are accepted for the advance. See this for more information about it: https://turbotax.intuit.com/refund-advance/
@larrinegoins If you were asking about a refund advance loan-----first of all, there are no loans available at this time. We have no information yet as to whether there will be refund advance loans offered for 2023 tax returns, but if they are offered, you will not be able to get that loan until you can e-file a 2023 tax return. The IRS will not begin to accept 2023 returns until late in January 2024. In the past several years, when TurboTax has had refund advance loans, the loan has to be offered to you at the time of filing, and you had to agree to have your refund put on a credit karma card. The loans were only available in January until mid-February, and you could not "apply" for the loan---it had to be offered to you.
