Why I am getting 2019 form 1040-ES payment voucher? last year got 2 pages, this year just one,is it ok?

You are getting 2019 vouchers because turbotax has determined that your 2019 withholding amount will not be sufficient to cover the 2019 taxes you may owe.. You may receive from 1 to 4 vouchers depending on the amount of additional taxes you may owe.
