Why have "Premium Services" been surreptitiously enabled in my desktop version of TurboTax Deluxe

How can I cancel this unwanted hidden add-on,  that I was never asked to accept, and get a refund for this hidden charge.  I bought and downloaded the DESKTOP version of TurboTax Deluxe.  The description of "Premium Services" says it's only in the on-line version.  How did it sneak into my desktop version?
