Why have my paper taxes I did through TurboTax and mailed April 28, 2022?

I keep checking with irs app. There doesn't even show they got it. What can I do at this point?

Oh my dear ... paper returns are taking 6 months to a year to process and until the understaffed IRS opens the envelope and enters it into the system you will not see it on the IRS WMR? tool ... patience will be needed.  Check the IRS site once a week for a progress report : https://www.irs.gov/refunds

if you paper filed, and sorry as you won't like this answer, the IRS is woefully behind processing paper return.  From the news reports, they are easily six months behind.  Frankly, you may not see anything updated on the IRS website with respect to your tax return until November
