Why have I received a charge of 64.19 for a Turbo Tax Disc I have not received.

If you are a TurboTax Advantage customer you are charged for your 2016 order.  TurboTax has begun to process orders, when they do that you are charged. TurboTax will begin shipping disc Mid November.  TurboTax Advantage members also receive a free download of their software along with their disc.  You can check your downloads to see if your software is in your account.
