You will need to provide the rejection error code in order for people in the forum to know what you are experiencing. This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal information.
This was an automated reply from the chat bot. I don't have an error code yet as I have refiled in hopes of not getting rejected again. It has been rejected twice already. Is there some way I can find the previous error code or is there another way to check the current rejection status and/or status of my refund?

.
You should have received an email after each rejection. If you didn't get the emails, also check your email's spam folder to see if they ended up there. There are many reasons for rejections, so some clue is needed. One of the more common ones is for an incorrect 2024 AGI used to verify one's return, but without the rejection error code or message, everything is just a guess. I provided a FAQ below, you will see a video and a list of 30-35 error codes. Once you know yours, you can click on the specific code link in that FAQ to get help with the problem.
Did you already efile again without correcting anything? If you're efiling the same thing, then you're likely to get the same result. You can't do anything until you get the result of your most recent efile. While you're waiting to find out its result, see this video and FAQ (and the list of common error codes.)
FAQ: How do I fix a rejected return?
When you select "Fix my return", it should then display why your return was rejected. The rejection error code should also be displayed but the font may be smaller. The video at the FAQ above shows an example of an error code, but its in small font, and you may have to pause the video to see it. It's right after the video clicks on "Fix My Return."
